Get Ready to Make a Difference!
It's "back to school" time, and that means it's almost "back to registration" time for the Adopt A Pilot program.
As of Tuesday, September 2, Pilots can jump online and register for a truly unforgettable experience, mentoring 5th graders.
(Note: Teachers may register, as well, and if we have a Pilot in your area, we hope to be able to match your class.)
Just go to www.southwest.com/adoptapilot and click on "Info & Registration." Follow the prompts and in no time, you'll be signed up and ready for "adoption."
Registration will close in November, followed by Pilot and class confirmation/matching, which will be announced in January. Adopt A Pilot will kick off in February 2009, and you and your teacher are free to schedule your four-week program anytime between February and May. (Just be sure to avoid state testing weeks and holidays.)
